Refund & Returns Policy

At Munch’in, we truly value our customers & strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase.
Products purchased from Munch’in can be exchanged or returned within 2 days of delivery under the following conditions:
The product packaging is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
The item does not match the original specifications or differs from what you ordered.
You must notify us within 2 days of delivery by emailing munchinpb@gmail.com to raise a dispute. Each case is reviewed carefully & fairly to ensure the best resolution for both parties.

Replacement Process
A replacement will be arranged if the original item is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect.
You will be required to send clear photographic evidence of the faulty product to munchinpb@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery before your claim can be processed.
Once verified, a replacement will be dispatched promptly, & the incorrect product will be collected by the replacement delivery rider.

Refund Policy
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after we receive the returned item.
A Rs. 150 deductions will apply to cover delivery costs in the case of a refund.
Items on sale are not eligible for refunds.

Non-Returnable Scenarios
Please note that returns & exchanges cannot be processed in the following cases:
Requests made after 2 days of delivery.
The product has been used.
The product has been tampered with or altered in any way.
